    blend door not working! Its hot out!

    I have a 1999 dodge 2500 with the cummins. The blend door door is not working. I have removed the actuator and tested it and it does work. But I am not getting any power to the actuator plug. Everything else works blower, duct selection etc... also I checked power at the plug to the climate...
