    Archived 2003 2500 lost reverse while plowing (911)

    Plowing in a MA blizzard, and my 2003 2500 stopped going into reverse. I have forward and 4WD but no reverse. Fluid appears ok. Any advice short of a full transmission repair?

    Archived NV4500 won't go into reverse

    Truck is a 2000 2500 4x4. Transmission was rebuilt 60,000 miles back to replace 5th gear problem. Now the transmission will not go into reverse, even with truck rolling or engine off. Forward gears act normal. I was lucky to get the truck home. I'm not sure where to turn next, since I am new to...
