I apologize for such a vague title, but. . Today after I got home from work, I made a few amateur 0-60 & 1/4 mile test runs with my truck. I have the Edge/ Juice w/ Attitude monitor, a feature implemented in the programmer allows you to record & save 0-60 & 1/4 mile runs. I did two each for a total of x4 runs with the Edge set on 5x5. With that said my very best runs were ( 0-60 ) returned a best time of 8. 3 seconds and my best recorded 1/4 mile came back at 16. 1 @ 91 mph. My truck has a K&N FIPK intake system, stock exhaust system, 285 rubber, heavy Weather Guard tool box stuffed with Pool cleaning chemicals and tools etc... I thought those were fairly respectable numbers for a relatively stock truck with just a programmer and induction modifications. Has anyone else tried this feature out on their Edge programmer or gone to the track? Just curious, also I haven’t done a stock run in some months, but my truck ran 9. 8 second 0-6 and a whooping 17. 8 1/4 mile time on the programmer with the Edge set to stock.

Thanks for your interest

first of all, the attitude always shows a lot slower than actual (at least mine does compared to track times).

With my stock truck with the exception of a Magnaflow muffler, AFE cai intake and the edge juice, I never got better than mid 15's with my 35" tires. I'd love to hit low 14's or even sneak into the 13's, but now I'm a little head-shy after my intercooler mis-hap.

I just got back from the track on wednesday and my truck is pretty much stock and I ran a 16. 4 at 81 mph. I was happy with it so I can't complain.

Launching at 5/5 loading up the convertor has a 7. 2 to 60 and 15. 6 @ 93. 8mph qtr. stored in the computer.

I "soft" rolled on all four runs, I don't think I've ever tried to load the converter and go, but perhaps I will try it once. 15. 6 @ 93 is pretty good for a 7K lb truck. Also the road I was using has a slight curve half way down the stretch, I thought I had my foot in it the entire run, but I could have been slightly letting out of it hence the subtle bend in the road. Thats also good to know the Edge reads the times a little conservatively.
