just wondering what a good 0-60 time is for these trucks. is there anyway to guestimate the 1/4mi time from 0-60. when i get my twins in a couple weeks i'll be able to do some 1/4 runs but i'm over 1600* just going 0-60.

I don't think you could get a really accurate way of calculating your 1/4 mile time useing your 0-60 time.

As for 0-60 times I wonder what is good also. From my own testing using my

G-tech I can get consistand 5. 5 Sec 0-60 times on #2. I haven't tested with my nitrous jet that I have now but when I had a . 040 jet in I 0-60'd 5. 02Sec. and that wasn't a very good launch I kinda bogged it. I was not used to the traction of 4H :-laf

Thanks

Brenden

5. 02!! thats fast. i did a 5. 82 yesterday from dead stop no boost takeoff but i'm gonna kill my transmission not to mention my exhuast temps. id like to be at 5 flat but am not sure if i can get there with 37" tires.

the wife's gonna get a charger r/t and i'd love to beat it.

My G-Tech shows a 4. 2 second 0-60, and I run 12. 70's in the 1/4 (actual), or 12. 65's by the G-Tech.

I would guess that I am about 4. 8 to 60 with 20psi boost 4x4 launch, based on several races with a porsche cayanne turbo. My truck dynos about 475 rear wheel and is about 7000lb's.

WOW, cant imagine you guys 1-1. 5 sec. quicker. Although i did notice that both you guys have DTT and im stock and i can tell my stock transmission is just not putting the power to the ground. heck might gain a second with a real transmission?

oh, and how in the world can your transmission live with a 20# launch??? ive done some 5# launches before gears and injectors and was ok, but 2 weeks ago my boost jumped from 5-17lbs(was tring for 8-9) and my truck hardly moved cause the transmission was slippng soo bad. yeah, yeah, i know gotta get a real transmission but dang, 4k for twins & 4-5k for transmission and i dont expect the good diesel ferry do put them under my truck anytime soon :-laf .

Yesterday I could not get under 2. 0 in the 60" times. I dialed a 8. 70 and ran 8. 76, with cheater slicks, I guess I'm a little short on the tree. These pro street boys are in the 1. 5 range. I would say thats pretty good.

He was talking about 0-60mph times, not 60' times. My sixty foot times are usually 1. 70's. My 1/8 mile are 8. 10's.

My best 60 foot is a 1. 66 but I'm also usually in the 1. 7 range. I had found a calculator on the net at one time that said my 0-60 was 4. 43 seconds with the 1. 66 60 foot and 8. 21 1/8 mile time. 12. 84 in the 1/4.
