Has anyone had a 0-60 time taken? Spoolin up first of course.

Someone posted awhile back that Maddog was around 3. 2 sec 0-60. (!!)

Chris

I have ram 0-60 in under 6 seconds several times, but haven't checked in the last 7 or 8 months. Will check when I get the head back on and have retorqued the head.

I have no idea where my HP is but the other day a friend at work let me use his new G-tech Pro accelerometer. I managed a consistant 15. 31 1/4 mile @ 93. 8 mph and a 6. 8 sec 0-60 I was a little dissapointed, I thought it would have at least been in the 14's The guys I work with tell me a diesel will never get down in the 12's or even 13's I guess I need to keep the wallet open till I prove them wrong!

Logged on as me are we Preston? :D

I'm thinking Preston was refering to Jeff's drag truck. Last year, Jeff recorded a best of 1. 47 60 foot. This equates to 1. 74g's and 55. 7 mph at the 60 foot lights. So... 0-55. 7 in 1. 47 seconds.

Hi Dave and Jeff ! I kinda know where your coming from, have you guys made any visits over to the other side yet? I WILL be making the Colorado event.

Mr. Fletcher-

By Colorado event do you mean Cummins Rocky Mountain Truck Fest at Bandimere Speedway? That would be SICK! I would love to see your truck in action at BandimereOo.

David, any chance you could figure out my o-60mph times on my race vehicle?

The 60 foot is 1. 09sec

1/8 mile time is 5. 18 @ 143mph.

Does 3. 16 avg G's to 60 foot and 75. 1mph sound right?

So zero to 75. 1 in 1. 09 seconds?

Close?

And no matter right or wrong, that has to be one heck of a ride!!

Bill not sure if we will be making Colorado but we need to hook up somewhere for sure. ;) No moves yet to the other side... Jeff has been working on suspension and hopefully it all comes together. Need chassis certification though. He's still on the 2500 frame rails with the roll cage tubing mounted to them so hopefully he can pass it as is or with minor mods. Jeff said otherwise it felt great at 140 mph. :D

Yes, I've already bought a map and cheez-its, they're in the glove box. Also, were going to try and get some of the other Motor heads going w/ us. Were looking Fwd to mtg our fellow diesel friends. :D

I rode in a buddy's 98 12v, twin turbo, cam, 5-speed, injectors, 35 inch tires, 4x4. I think his best time was 4. 0 flat. We did a 4x4 launch on a frontage road while ATS day was going on (2003). He was taking us for rides, 3 at a time including him. Talk about sweet!

It was Craig Monroe's old truck :)

0-60? and 60 ft times for the D Dragster.

We ran last night, and the dragster will go 1. 26 60 ft times, and the computer shows that at 60 MPH it is about 1. 33 seconds.

We ran 9. 11 /144 on Diesel and a little nos. Just for cooling the turbo.

Glad to hear that some are coming to Denver. Please get eveyone you can to come along with fast trucks. The track promtions team is looking at making this a bigger deal next year.
