My 05 may be in limp mode and I was wondering if clearing the code with my edge juice was enough or if I need to do more? I already replaced wastegate solenoid and still no results......0 boost high egt's and a snails pace, not sure if solenoid was really bad.

A P0243 will not set limp mode, just a CEL. Something else is interfering. The first thing to do remove the Edge and see if that chnages anything. Frequently the power mod connections will cause your problems. The 2nd thing to check if the EJ is not the problem is the CAC. If you have an early 05 they have plastic end tanks that can separate and then you have no boost. If that doesn't do it you may have to replace the MAP and the ambient sesnor in the air intake. If they go bad there is no telling what the results will be.

Check your fuses I think #36 , also check the wire under the air conditioning compressor as it may fray and short the 5volt to the solenoid .

Thanks for the posts! I do have the plastic tanks on my intercooler and am installing one from an 07' on Monday morning, as well as cleaning the map. The top ears were broken on the cooler from a deer-hit when the previous owner had it. I purchased the backup 07' intercooler only a couple of weeks ago. The fuses all check out and I do have power to the solenoid. I tried adding 30 psi to the turbo intake with a homemade plug and air nipple but couldn't hear a leak or build pressure. That's when I removed w/g solenoid, tested, thought it failed, and replaced it.
