Archived 00-01 inj pump in 99 truck

I see the Mopar part number and horsepower ratings are different from a 99 (235 hp) to a 00-01 (245 hp) injection pump. The new pumps are about $600 less. Does anyone know if I can change to the new one?

The 245hp pump is from the High Output (ETH) engine. That will not work on a Standard Output (ETC) engine.

My 99 is rated 215 hp. I know the SO is rated at 235 hp for the 02's & then the 02 HO is rated at 245 hp FWIW.

Is there a difference in the 98. 5-02 SO pumps (ie 215hp,235hp) or is it just programing in the ecm? How about the 235hp pumps for the manuals before 01?
