01 3/4 shortbed???

Found a 2001 3/4 sb ex. cab CTD 5-speed 4x4 silver with 107,000miles.

The truck had minor damage and was repaired by a place that does about 100 rebuilt trucks a year.

What would be a good price to pay for such a truck???

18-20k is the asking price on several 01's in the Alabama Truck Trader. I'd look it over very very closely to determing how "minor" the repair was.
