Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
I need to remove the front rotors on my 01 3500 as i caught the pads to late.
What size is the nut on the axle? I saw in somw other thread 1"-11/16 but that was on a 2500. What size are the nuts holding the hub on? 7/8" seems to fit but they seem very tight.
Suggestions on removal please, doesn't seem like a socket will fit on there? Box end and cheater bar?
The hubs have been off before with my mechanic doing ball joints. AFTER installing new hubs as the old ones would not come off in a usable fashion he did put plenty of never-sieze on there That was about 75,000 miles ago.
Now I need brakes for Mon AM so i am just going to dump some crap 25 dollar pads on there till next weekend when I have more time to do this. Any tips appreciated. i don't want to screw up a seal and not be able to get parts on a Sunday this late. Thanks for the tips.
