Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 01-3500 RPM Changes

At 30-35 MPH my RPM changes like the Torque Converter is locking and unlocking.

Does the 2001 3500 have the same tendencies as my 95 with the Throttle Position Switch problems or is this a different problem?

It's a similar problem. Try something that takes the noise out of the signal to the PCM. I think DTT and others sell boxes that do this.
