Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 01 block in a 99

does any one know if a block from an 01 will have any problems switching into a 99

The block wont but you might have to take your crank out of the 99 to run in the new block for your crank sensor.

I have just been talking to Chris about your truck, he maybe calling ya, but yes it can work, just keep all your sensors. For the head, and if you buy from us we can help you along, if not just build you a long block here and send it out.

The tone ring is the delima, talk to Chris again, he told me what you wanted to do and gave a little feed back.

ya I looked at the archive and saw someone tried it and had the same problem I don't know how he solved it I am interested in the building of the long block let me know what you can do
