My 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 has the codes p0121 and p0123. When driving with light throttle at about 10-15 percent, it will suddenly lose power and sputter/missing. Cycle the throttle one or twice and it returns to normal. During the sputter/miss the scanner reads throttle position at 0 percent regardless where the pedal is, however throttle position voltage goes up and down as it should. (both seem to be perfectly accurate at other times when everything is working as it should.). Any ideas on the subject are appreciated.

Based on those codes, I would be leaning towards the APPS

P0121
Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor Signal Volts Do Not Agree w/Idle Validation Signal

P0122
Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor Signal Voltage Too Low

P0123
Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor Signal Voltage Too High
