2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Shocks for 98.5 2500

My rear rotors are shot and need to be replaced. This is on a 4x2 3500 with 4 wheel disc brakes.

How hard of a job is it to remove the rear rotors?? I hear that I have to remove the axles... please say it isn't so...
 
Don't sweat it. It's not hard on a full floater. Actually I think they're the easiest.

While you're in there, why not replace the axle nuts and locks. Don't forget to clean/grease the caliper pins too. The previous owner didn't do that and burned up a rotor for me.



P. S. The socket for the axle nut is not a regular socket. It's rounded. Not hard to get though.
