Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 01 mapp voltages

I tryed some searchs for info but non found. Does any one know for an 01 what the boost/mapp sensor voltages are? I have boost fooler but is still trowing codes, want to remidy this code thang! Thanks in advance.

I am leening towards maybe gettin some sort of voltage regulater or zener diode that will cut out at desired voltage. Some how the resister seems little primative.
