'01 sneezed!!

I had '01 running this afternoon and reached in and turned her off. She sneezed! I did the on off trick two or three times and each time I got sneezed at. What is this? With the radio on FM 101. 7 The Bone and the windows up I don't hear it but with the window down or standing out side WOW! what a CHUFF!

I cant say for sure what you are descibing. Is it a "Squeak" or "Chirp"? if so, that is the belt slipping when everything shuts down suddenly, nothing to worry about. As far as a "Sneeze", its probably the engine's last "Breath" as the pistons come to a stop. Common in Diesels
