Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
I have a few questions. I have an 01 RAM2500 24vSO in the shop with no start. Customer was going to hook up to his 5th wheel and died. Checked for codes and found a P0230 code transfer pump circuit shorted. check fuel pressure and no pressure or volume from the lift pump. Pump was running. Installed new lift pump and sounds better. Bump starter over a few times to run for 25 seconds to prime the system. Tried to start when 1,3 and 4 injector lines where cracked and then tightened, but then just cranked and still no start. It's like the lift pump is not able to suck fuel from the tank. I checked the filter and is almost empty. Is there a possibility the sending filter or sock is plugged or the suction tube cracked . There is 3/4 tank of fuel. I blew back to the tank through the feed line to lift pump and heard a short burst of air into the tank and that was it. Did I do any damage by blowing some air back into the tank? I tried blowing in the tank to the lift pump and found there was fuel getting to lift pump, I forgot to tighten line
