2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission '02 Dodge Rear/Emergency Brake & User Manual

What's the recommended procedure for adjusting the emergency brake? Is it adjustable at the wheels, or is there a cable?



Also, does anyone know where I can come up with a service manual for a 2002 Dodge 2500 (diesel)?

There's a cable tensioner for the parking brake and the service manual states that it only needs adjusting if you take the cable apart.

I've found the 2001 Dodge RAM service manual useful.
