Archived 02 Headlights shine and thats it

A friend of mine parked his 02 when he got home from work last night. And this morning the truck wont do anything, but the head lights shine bright,no interior lights or radio. Any ideas?

Check the connections on the battery. If he's tapped the pump wire... make sure its not a bad connection.

Check your fuses in fuse box and PDC (power distribution center) I believe that radio and interior lights are the same one.

Yes, check the PDC under the hood. I had a trailer with a short in the wiring that blew a fuse in there. I had headlights only, no dash or tail lights.

My friend said everything started working when he tilted the steering wheel back down, must be a bad wire or loose connection inside steering column.

I've read about this before check the connector beside the steering column.
