Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) 02 Hiccups

My 02 Hiccups and studders every morning untill it warms up. I have watched the fuel pressure for over a year between the LP and the VP44. The pressure is @ 12-13PSI at idle, 10 running at 70mph, and 5-6 WOT. And it has always been the same. The hiccups just started in the last few days so I replaced my fuel filter three days ago, but its still hicupping and studdering. Has any one found a area of fuel line that might be getting a air leak.
