Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) 022 delivery valves?

I bought a set of 022 delivery valves and when I went to install them, the outer diameter is smaller that the ones I took out with the exception of the bottom 1/8 inch. So they sort of move around a little in the bore. I was told that is OK but am a little nervouse. Does anybody remember theirs? I'm posting a picture of them. Thanks for the help.

The 022 delivery valves use the same seats as the 131's, if you like swap seats from the 181's to the 022's.

Is that the outer body? Just put the little plunger in my old DV's? Are they honed to match the body? Or just make sure they fit nice and stick them in?



I just dont want to mess my truck up.

You may exchange the seats if all valves actuate smoothly and install them.

OK. I'll do that. I feel better about them sitting in the center of the bore. I'll check for any wear on the old ones. Probably won't do it until next week. Have a big fly fishing trip and we are taking the truck and dont want any problems.
