Does anyone know if these heads are all the same im talking the HO engines??

Do the newer heads have improved valve seats??

I lost a valve seat our burnt a valve on my 03 and i was wondering if i buy a new head what would be the best one to get?

The seats are still the same on the newer heads but I would get a 2004. 5 or 2005 head since it has the iconel exhaust valves and improved flow over the 2003/04 head.

So as long as its the 600 our 610 engine it will have the iconel exhaust valves?

600 or 610 either one. they seem to have the fixed something in the seats on the later ones, not cured but seem to be a little better

Yeah that's got me wondering WTH too!



I do know the 06's have a different clearance for the exhaust valve adjust, they are 0. 026 rather than the 0. 020 that we have seen forever. I sure would like to know more about this too.



BTW intake setting is still the same 0. 010.
