03 235 h.p. rail presure

Does any one have the rail presure specs. for an 03 235 h. p. calif. emissions truck and are they the same as the other models?

Full rail pressure is 23,200 psi.

I have 5800 at idle 10000 to 11000 pulling is this normal?

This is all measured with a snap on scan tool.

also the pressure seems to track with the fuel pressue set on the scan tool

Yes that sounds normal however if you have a pressure box the scanner will read fooled pressure rather than actual pressure.

I dont have a presure box on it now but it did have one.

others say it should max at 23000 I cant get anywhere near that number

You won't get that high unless you are at WOT and close to redline.
