Archived 03' 3500 Downshift Problem..I Think???

When slowing down to a stop or turn, the transmission doesn't appear to shift down. The truck wants to keep moving and I have to manually shift down or turn off the OD. This typically only happens in warmer weather but has occurred in the 50's. Also, I have had the OD off and the problem still occurred and turning on the OD made it shift down...



Please help me diagnose this problem.
