03 Arm Rest Dented and Ripped

After leaning on my arm rest for close to 4 years/100K miles, I have a made an elbow dent that has now ripped. Anyone have any solutions? A new lid is about $190. Thinking a decent patch, sheepskin or? Anyone make anything?



This is for a 03 Laramie, Dark Grey Interior and serves as the storage lid and is a back to the seat as well.

The aftermarket leather companies make covers for them so any upholstry shop should be able to recover it in a matching material.
