I am in the process of installing a BHAF in my truck and have a few ?

Can the sensor be mounted in the endcap of the filter? Can the filter minder be mounted in the filter end and will it still work? I know the minder isn't the best but It will at least give me an idea about when to change the filter.

i suppose both could be mounted into the end cap of the filter [my sensor is mounted in the piping now, restrition monitor not used] but you will need to extend the wires for the sensor to reach the end cap of the filter

The sensor wont get an accurate reading mounted in the end cap. It needs to be in the tube some how.
