If they come with a heater installed but without a cord where do you get the cord... ... Dodge, Cummins?



I just ran into this deal with my 12V as it has a 24V heater in it for some odd reason.

Napa has the cord for around 10 bux.

I think the heaters are the same except that the newer heater elements are a lower wattage. Get the cord at NAPA as suggested.

I went to freightliner and got the chrome door and plug. It makes a real nice clean and sturdy install. I put it in my bumper, the flap keeps ice and moisture out.

I was thinking the 03 came stock with the cord.

Check your batteries. If they have the blanket, you have the cord. (its right next to the right headlight when the hood is popped)

IIRC it was a $10 option on my wife's '04.
