Truck when cold runs amazing as soon as it heats up to normal temp, no power in any gear, so I thought it was my fuel pump, put a fass system ok n it, now when it warms up just black smoke and no power, then when down shift, truck will die out on me. New fass system, chipped, had booster fooler took it off, new intake, new fuel filter, idk what else it could be now. Orderd a new fuel regulator but hasn't gotten here yet. Any thoughts...?

Turbo WG stuck open? With black smoke I would start at "mouse nest in air filter" or clogged air filter and then look for a blown a boot off the intake plumbing somewhere. Then inspect turbo. Go off road somewhere as in collapse/crush the exhaust including muffler failure with broken baffle choking it off.

Does this have CA emissions and a cat that can melt or clog on it?

I would also see the WG as suspicious.

But First - Stop throwing parts at it!
You should use a proper scanner that can show you commanded and return values from the sensors, a proper diagnostic is important.
Black smoke means to much fuel or at the wrong time injected. A CDI doesn't ramp up fueling as long as he doesn't see an increase in boost. A tuner doesn't help in this scenario as we dont know which and how it modified the OEMs fueling.

Sad you didn't ask before, would have saved you the expense for the FASS.
Low Liftpump pressure doesn't matter on a CDI as long as the flow isn't restricted. The CP3 has a low pressure gear pump in it that sucks the fuel by itself from the tank. The liftpump is only needed for start up the engine.

I live in colorado, craig, no emissions my truck has a 5in straight pipe no cats,or baffles, boots are good.

That has the boxes to monitor boost, rail pressure, be able to turn off individual injectors. If he doesn't have this keep driving

At 300k that points to the source of the problem. Injectors, rail PRV, FCA, COV in that order if you want to just throw parts at it. Otherwise, you need to do some testing.
