03 electrical issues

My brother has a 03 3500 cummins that is having some electrical issues. The right headlamp works on low beam only and left works on high beam only. The left rear brake light and turn signal do not work at all. The right rear turn signal works. Neither front turn signals work at all. Checked fuses and bulbs seem to be all ok. Any help or suggestions? Thanks

Sounds like he has a ground issue, I would check for that first.

get out the test lite and start checking everything. power probes really help in situations like this... possible problem in the multi-function switch, or the underside of the fuseblock.
