03 Flip up tow mirrors

I'm looking for the best prices on the 03 electric/heated tow mirrors and I've done the searches in the forums on who's out there. I can't get Dwayne on the phone at Tenaflyjeep. Mopar.com, the line is always busy (800-528-2200). Dodgeparts.com rings then the voicemail picks up (800-731-1022). Mopar4less is $10 dollars cheaper than list. Magauto is list price of $355. 00. Ebay has a few but one guy has a buy it now for $399. 00 and states these sell for over $700. 00 at the dealer! (boy did he get ripped) Any other good sources for prices out there? The places I did get the prices mentioned, all had them in stock, so the back order problem is cleared for now. Any help would GREATLY be appreciated.
