'03 HO 6 banger +EZ vs. '03 SO auto + 6 gun

Both are '03 quad cab duallies.



I've got an HO, 5600, EZ and intake/exhaust mods.



He's got an SO, 48RE, 6 Gun and intake/exhaust mods.



I was entering the four lane tonight after fueling and about the time I was shifting to 6th I saw some "3rd Gen" lights right on my tail. Turns out it was a pretty good dude from around here that I have shot the **** with a couple of times at fuel stations etc.



Anyway, he got beside me and jumped ... ... ... ... ..... who wins?



We tried it twice up to about 110 before we got into town and stopped to shoot the **** again :-laf



Oh, the funny part is we were stopped parallel to the main drag (35MPH) but just off the street in a parking lot when a Ford/PS dually came by and romped on it pretty hard ... ... ..... the Dodge boys just kinda grinned at each other and kept on chewing the fat :-laf

I think we started at around 50, but you got it, I had him all the way. I'm not so sure I'd have bet money on it before hand though. I don't know if I'd have been able to catch up from a dead stop either.

From a dead stop, he think he would eat your lunch



With my stick, from a stoplight I just cant shift fast enough!

But with an auto, its hard to keep the tires from melting to the pavment



Give me 35mph roll though?, Your toast - I'm at 40lbs boost like NOW

Yanno, I've had more time to think about this. I'd have thought, he could have taken me from 35-50 up to 110 and my simple minded self still thinks he shoud have.



mine:

305(crank) - 12%(6spd) + 70(at the wheels w/EZ) = 338 theoretical HP



his:

250(crank) - 15%(auto) + 130(at the wheels w/6 gun) = 343 theoretical HP



Even if my transmission percentages are way off, I spanked him pretty bad ... ... ... . twice.



Oh, when we stopped in town he asked about this ... ... ... ... .....

He's got the speed loader then??? Dad's '03 would walk all over me. He's got the auto and a plain old 6gun. Way too quick for me. I might get him on a rolling start though. Level 3-3 is pretty quick even with the 8700lb weight. I love my NV 5600, but that quick little turbo of his really makes me feel slow.

Yup, he's got the speed loader ... ..... it took a second or so, and then I was off and looking in the rear view



By the hypothetical numbers, he should have whipped me or at least stayed with me ... ... ... ... . I'm sure he is feeling pretty bad right now

On second thought, he has his wastegate pinched off ... ... ... ... ... I tried to explain that more pressure on this little turbo is not necessarily more air ... ... ... ... I'm running stock wastegate settings ... ... ... ... ... I'm pretty sure he didn't get what I was saying
