03 ho in Mass.

Cannot find out when o3 HO will be able to be sold in Mass. Does not comply with Mass. emmissions. Does anyone have info. Called dodge direct and local dealers no one has any answers.

Yeah ya could but then ya can't register it. Politics have safely ruined Mass.

What if you buy a used truck or move in from out of state? Will they still not register it?
