03 HO injector rebuild

I just bought a set of 03 injectors 4 have 30,000 miles on them and 2 are brand new. I got them for about the price of 1 new one so I got a very good deal.

My problem is one of the new injectors has a electrical conector post that is broken off the top coil and Injection Services says they can not buy just the top coil to repaire it. does any one know someone that can fix this, or who has a single junk injector they would part with so i can rob the top coil off it.

if you break the top connector off you have to buy a new body that what I was told by don when I was installing my injectors

Out of curiosity, why would a new injector have the connector broken off?

over tightening the nut when installed or dropped on floor when opening box??
