Attention: TDR Forum Junkies have an 03 ram 2500 and just replaced fuel return line on the frame. truck has a fass fuel system on it. drove it for 2 days and ran fine. third day idled down real hard and almost cut off . drove it for the day no problem. then this morning cranked it up and shut off a few seconds later and it done that 3 or 4times. replaced fuel filter and no change. also added a water remover just in case.
have another 03 ram 2500. has bd diesel super b special turbo, 90 hp injectors, industrial injection cp3 mod kit, aem water/methanol system, cfm+ intake manifold, s&b cold air intake, bd diesel exhaust manifold, and full rebuild transmission and shift kit, and torque convertor. at fast, full throttle the rpms fluctuate, but constant throttle pressure to full throttle the rpms do not fluctuate.
any help on either will be greatly appreciated.
