i am looking at getting the front and rear systems installed in a couple of weeks. (hear in Denver cant go to Iowa) i have talked with Jeff quite a bit and he is a great guy and i know how good there cust service and products are. my question is i am trying to decide how much lift to get. i am not wanting to turn my ram into a monster truck but do want to raise it a little. i thought about 2 inches would be perfect maybe 3 in the front to level it a little (i do want a small amount of rake) but to get the best ride Jeff says you need the full 4 inch setup. im just not sure if 4 in would be to much. i want to be able to get in and out with out a step ladder(im 6'1) let alone the girlfriend and two brats oops i mean 2 lovely children:D also i want the great ride but don't want to loose the good cornering and handling and don't want it to be tippy in the corners either. i just don't want overkill! just put 285 bfg A/Ts what a diff! well any opinions would be great ..... thanks... Chris

You need to get in contact with TDR member 'yogibear' he has this system and if I am not way off here I 'believe' that his truck was one of the very first ones that Kelderman put on an '03. So I would defenitly get in touch with him and pick his brain a little.

I have had the front air ride kit on my Ram since the early spring. I'm very happy with it. I have approximately a 2" lift, though I usually run it at 1. 5-2". If money were no object, I'd get the rear 4 link too. My plan is to get an onboard air setup built (from Brad Kilby), and then consider what to do about the rear, if anything ($$$).

I like the 2" front, and stock height rear. I don't think I'd want 4". Maybe, but I'd have to give it some thought. Once nice deal with airbags and a good compressor is you can drop the truck down to get in and out.

Kelderman Air Ride

Get in touch with Clint Cannon at ATS Diesel Performance in Wheatridge,CO. (800-949-6002). They have a number of trucks with this system. It's quite impressive! I had a ride in his truck at the October Showdown in Tulare, CA. We were doing 80+ MPH across the parking lot and hit a good sized berm. I'm pretty sure we went airborne but, that truck landed like it was on a pillow. He can also raise and lower his truck. Hope this helps.

i have been for a ride in clints truck it is cool but way to much for me! he has a 5 or 6 inch lift with 315s and at 6,1 i can barely see the motor standing next to it. it rode well but we did not go over any really bumpy sections of road. (hard to do in Denver:D ) anyway besides from what i said in the first post i just hope there is a big difference in the ride as this will cost me well over 5 grand to do the whole system and that is quite a few bucks to a lowly truck driver like me. also i want to make sure i set it up right the first time and not have to redo it later.
