03 Looking For A Switched Hot Under Dash

Working on an 03 QC 4x4 6spd drw 3500

trying to find a ACC. or KEY ON hot (perfer ACC) onder the dash ob the driver side perferably at the big plug below the e-brake

just trying to avoid the searching w/meter and no way is a test light getting used

I suggest the cigarette lighter wire. My '04 has tow power outlets. One switched one full time on. Easy way healthy fues.

Don't ask me to explain this, but on my 24 valve 98, I was searcing for a keyed hot wire and decided to test my fuel gauge before going to all the trouble. So, I ran a wire from the drivers side battery and found that it only worked when the switch was on. I just ran the wire through the firewall grommet and was in business.
