Has anyone with an '03 had any problem getting "routine" parts? I talked to six dealers in the Houston area a couple of weeks ago looking for an oil filter and four of them didn't know the part number was different from the '01-'02's. I had to give them the number out of the owner's manual! One dealer, Hazelwood Dodge in Kingwood, had the filters in stock. Though the difference seems to be in the canister, I was unpleasantly suprised that so few of them knew this. I'm looking for a fog lamp kit for the '03 3500 and the two dealers I talked to today couldn't give me a part number-said they hadn't gotten their parts list from Dodge yet (Hazlewood's not particularly close to me, so I haven't called them yet). They could tell me the installation price (though I'm the installer), but not the part number. I hope I don't need any service anytime soon. :( Sorry folks, but this just ain't right.

I know what you mean!! KC Cummins don't even have the oil filters for the 03's. Look in ebay for the fog light kits, I don't know how their price will compare to the dlr's. , but I'll bet they are cheaper. Look in Parts and Accssories for the 2003 Dodge Ram.
