03 Trailer Wiring ?????

I Am Having A Trailer Wiring Problem On My 03. . Seems That The Left Turn Doesnt Work In The Trailer Plug But The Left Tail Light Does. The Left Turn Signal On The Truck Works But Not In The Plug?? I Followed The Wires Up To The Front Of The Truck And There Is No Breaks In The Wire. . where Does The Wires For The Trailer Plug Come From?? What Would Cause The Trailer Lights Not To Work But The Turn Signal On The Truck Does?? Any Help Would Be Great... thanks Robert

i just went threw the same thing on the rt side. the relay is bad in the fuse box. not the relay that you can replace either. there are other ones under the panel that you can not get to. looks like the fuse box will need replaced. . i needed blinkers, so i ran a jujmper wire from rt turn signal wire in truck light to wire harness plug for trailer. works fine

The trailer wiring is independently fused. In the fuse box under the hood there are fuses for both turn and brake lights. I think that is where you will find your problems.

Clean both truck and trailer plug with tuner cleaner or etc. You have bad contact. jmho
