I have heard that the '03 turbo is a HY35, right? They also have a 4" exhaust, do they have a 4" outlet on this turbo? does it flow better than an '02 HY or HX?

About the same flow as the 01-02 HY35. The stock one uses a 3. 5" downpipe to the muffler.
