03' with a stumble and bad dieseling on shut down?

A buddy has an 03' and it has had two injectors replaced in the last 5 months and after getting it back a week ago it started to stumble under thrttle and when he shuts it down it diesels something terrible and some white smoke. Getting fed up with bad service at the dealer he is looking to TDR for help, any suggestions on the stumble problem?

Sounds like dealer missed an injector or 2 when replacing. Bet he has 2 more wide open.

Does he have another one to take it to?
