Double check but I believe it is part number 52121285aa. It is probably cheaper at Cummins, they need your vin number or engine serial number to look up parts.
Don't have the number but I had to replace mine about a month ago. Dealer wanted $80. 00 for it but didn't have one in stock. Went to a Cummins outlet and paid $23. 00 for it. bg
I would loosen it, remove it, align the pipes and re install. I've never had one leak, and this one looks like it isn't clamped down all the way. I just checked mine, and the ends are 1/2" from touching. When reinstalling, make sure the pipes are aligned, then work the clamp little by little. This should fix it.
I agree. The seal is between the elbow and the pipe. The clamp just holds them together. Loosen it, lubricate it where it encircles the pipe, and tighten it again.

Use a little heat on the clamp nut... . enough to move it and then spray with good penetrating oil..... the heat will draw the oil in. These have a bad habit of galling and once that happens its to late, you need a new one.
After you have drawn it up fairly snug, tap all the way around with hammer and you will be able to draw up some more. As previous posts say, the clamp does not seal anything, just holds the sealing pipes together
