04.5 has a miss

My 04. 5 has a slight miss when accelerating from about 2500 rpm and gets worse when you put your foot in it more. It just starts cutting out. Wondering if anyone else has had this happen.

Mine developed an intermitant miss... mostly at or around idle, about 2 months ago. Took it to the dealer and they said the lift-pump was ok, check valve was ok and fuel injection pump was ok... so they reflashed my chip and no more miss! No noticeable change in power or mileage noted. The tech said something about "redundancy codes"...
