04.5 + injectors

truck is an 04. 5 with a 6 speed.

mods that will be done include stacks, afe intake, tst cr box and gauges.

how much more hp would injectors give me, or am I just asking for trouble unless I put a bigger turbo on it.

Ive also heard bad stories about tips and injectors being cracked therefore costing even more $$$ to put them in.

also who has the best injectors.

FIrst, you need a turbo. If you want to use any of what that TST can make you need one ( or two)

Second, if you plan to run injectors of any size, a CP3 pump will be needed. I have 100hp injecors and with the TST I can only run 3x3 before the rail runs dry.

A really good idea is to stack the TST with a Superchips Flashpaq. Nice, smooth driving combo, plus exetends the rpm range to 3500-3600rpms fueled. Also adjusts for tires and removes the top speed limiter.

Another thing to keep in mind is your clutch. If you get over 500hp you will need to get a dual disk clutch.

that is what I thought, put a tst on an 06 with an auto and was more than impressed, same problem on the higher settings the egts went sky high.
