04.5 reg cab 4x4 - need replacement tank?

ANYONE KNOW WHERE OR WHO I CAN GET A FACTORY REPLACEMENT TANK FOR MY 2004. 5 REG CAB 4X4 DIESEL ? PUT LADDER BARS ON THE OTHER NIGHT AND HAD THEM 99% DONE AND ON LAST BOLT AND BEING VERY CAREFUL DRILLING THE FRAME AND DRILL WALKED AND JUST NICKED THE TANK TO LEAK, HAD TO CATCH ALL THE FUEL, DRY IT , ROUGH UP THE PLASTIC AND PUT SOME JB WATER WELD ON IT , HOLDING FINE FOR NOW BUT WANT TO REPLACE TANK

Find out if original tank off my 07. 5 dually will fit yours. I have the one that came off it when I installed Transfer Flow tank. I'll give it to you.

I would put a great deal of faith in the intrgrity of thr JB Weld patch. I punched a hole in an IHC 4-barrel manifold (somewhat rare), patched it with JB and drove it in very remote areas for over 10 years. If you are really worried, clean and rough up the area of the patch and lay up fibergalss matt and cloth to reinforce the patch.

i can't seem to find one on ebay or the internet , just want a cheap factory replacement tank , does anyone on here know where to find one or point me in the right direction ?

Thanks for getting back to me , as so as i find out if it'll bolt up to my truck i'll take it , hopefully someone on tdr will let us both know if there the same and it'll bolt right up - once we fing that out can you ship it to 02816 ? I pay for the shipping ( 3 day air ) and i'll also give you alittle also , thanks for the help - thats what makes it a great website
