04.5 Service Manual Source/Fluid capacities

Any suggestions on the best buy for a service manual covering a 2004. 5 3500 CTD? Also, the owner's manual neglects to reveal the capacity for the differentials, transfer case and transmission. I want to order replacement fluids, so any info would be appreciated.
