Wow!

I thought my bombed 12 valve was bad at 18mpg around town, 2500, club cab, 4x4, auto. The EPA has a amjor consiracy with the oil industry to kill diesels as everytime they get more MPG and power vs a gasser they screw with the emisions to give teh diesel less mpg. Still better than a gasser for the torque, but it just strikes me odd that they keep attacking diesel for emissions and make them burn cleaner, but burn more fuel. Kind of a diminishing return?
