04 antenna wire removal from cd changer

Im removing my 6 disc changer to take it apart and unjam it. It locked up and wont recognize the cd option. Ive got everything loose except the antenna wire. What is the trick? I dont want to break it. Does it screw on? I tugged fairly hard, and nothing happened.

If I remember correctly, there is a little collar that you have to lift up on or push in on and pull the whole thing out at the same time. You should feel the collar right up against the surface of the radio. I had some trouble the first time I encountered this new style of antenna connector too.
