A guy I know offered to sell me his 17" stock aluminum rims and Michelin 265/70R17s LTXs on them to me for 575 bucks. He bought a new sport model truck and put aftermarket rims and more agressive tires on.
According to Michelins spec page these are . 4" shorter than the 235/75R16s on my truck, so not to much difference. My question is does anybody know if the newer rims will bolt up and work OK, or is the boltpattern or backspacing on the newer rims different.
I would just bolt them up and try if he wasnt 3hrs away.
