3 weeks ago A drunk in a little honda drifted into my lane & hit me head on @ about 70. My truck was totaled & I got a new 09. Any way my question is the tire pressure light is on after I reduced the pressure to light load spec. I read to push the light load button,it flashes a few times & the tire light stays on. What am I doing wrong?

I should add the truck saved me from serious injury, while he was lucky to live with only broken bones. I will try to post pics. later.

Yes he WAs cut out of the car with the mechanical jaws then air lifted (flight for life) to an ER. The sad part is he was not only over double the legal limit but he had his 4 year old in the back seat. Luckly the son was straped in his car seat & had only minor injuries.

Glad you're ok! It looks like everything from the A-pillar back on the passenger side is ok. Are you buying your truck back or letting it go? How was the engine?

Ricer eats it.

We used to have a '98 Accord until recently. Those pics say it all. Good fuel economy doesn't always equal safety. Glad you and the child escaped with minor injuries.

I'm letting it go. The engine was great, never a problem with only 80,000 mi,but no time 4 another big project. Here are some more pics. See how sad my son is about dad's truck.

Glad you are OK,I believe the ignition has to be on but the engine off when you press the button. The tire pressure I found has to be exactly at the light load spec.
