Which home bio diesel?

I have a brother in law that just bought a new Bobcat 2005 (non turbo) I think its a 48 HP.

I am not sure if it has a mechanical injection pump or electronic. I have not seen it yet.

Will he be okay running bio diesel? If so, what mixture? Run up to B50 in the winter and B100 in the summer?

We run B11 around here. That will be just fine for the loader. Have yet to have a problem with any of the new or old equipment.

Thanks for the reply.

I just got done re-reading the title of this thread and have just decided that if I am going to drink, I am only going to read :-laf

That's probably a Kubota V2203 (46hp) engine in your loader. This is a seriously bulletproof engine and will run on almost anything. I often run a mixture of veg oil, used motor oil, diesel service, and diesel. I buy, sell and rebuild these machines and have never seen engine problems related to fuel.

Justin, I can't remember where you were located but the Sinclair at the I-15 Roy exit is selling B10. It's $. 20 cheaper than the Sinclair down the road. :)

Cardwell on state was B20, B50 and B100. So does Dal Soglio (spl) on 700 west and about 7200 south.

I have a full tank of B100 in right now from Cardwell. It was 2. 99 / gal.
