05 headlight adjustment - Up- Down only

Looky like only Up - Down ONLY,,,,, No lefty- righty head light adjustment on my 05

Yep that's normal for them, and it's actually okay for the basic US symmetrical light pattern. The TYCs have both adjusters.

I got the one new right side depo installed on my 05.

It had a new one on the driver side from the dealer when I bought the truck last year.

Right side wasnt super bad but you could tell it was older/original headlight

Got the lights adjusted. had to lower the New pass side, and I raised the driver side a little , It seemed too low when I got the truck

Now I got 2 new sport headlights to install in my '99, they are TYC. Waiting for my sport conversion relay wire loom to arrive. I might get 2 9007 Sylvania Xtravision bulbs for those. One step up from the Basic bulbs. I dont need bright white bulbs that have short life span

My old bulb in the housing I replaced was a Philips 9007 LL (long life) Made in Germany

Are Hella and Philips the same bulbs?

Think Ill pull the driver-side and see what bulb is in there. Its a newer depo so I thought it might be the same. But its a very tiny bit brighter and wider than the new pass side Sylvania bulb, when I block off the light on each side to compare

No one has every mentioned the LL (longlife) bulb
